摘要
本文以26时自行车前叉腿上单位长度的容积函数为目标函数,按几何约束和强度等约束条件确定可行区域,并绘出容积函数的等值线,应用图解法直接寻找最优设计点。从而达到曲杆结构最轻的目的。优化后的结构重量比原结构重量减轻16.3~19.6%。故能改善产品的性能和提高产品的经济效益。
In this paper the volume function per unit length of the 26''-bicycles front fork is taken as the objective function. According to the conditions of geometric and, strength restraints, the feasible region is determined. The isoplethic lines of the volume function are drawn and the optimal design point is directly found with the graphic method. Therefore the goal of minimum freight of the beading staff structure is achieved. The weight of the optimal design structure is reduced by 16-19.6% of that of the original structure. It is therefore possible to improve the property and to raise the economic benefit of the product.
