介绍了为满足电网对机组灵活性及降低全寿命运行成本的要求,西门子所提出的"灵活燃气轮机联合循环电厂(FlexPlant)"(下简称灵活电厂)设计理念,即一种具有频繁快速启动和调峰能力,总体运行效率更高,更灵活的联合循环电厂;并详细列举了"灵活电厂"设计中所采取的先进技术,以及在缩短启停时间,提高低负荷效率以及减少电厂的排放水平所取得的成果。"灵活电厂"具有的巨大经济效益和市场竞争力将明显超过现有的燃气轮机联合循环电厂。
This paper describes the FlexPlant-a combined-cycle plant design philosophy, developed by Siemens, which offers frequent fast starting and cycling flexibility with higher efficiency in order to meet the requirements from the electrical grid to provide operation flexibility and reduce life-cycle cost. This paper also introduces the advanced technology on the Siemens, FlexPlant design and results in decreased starting-up time and increased thermal efficiency of part load and improved emission reductions. The FlexPlant, which is to offer significant economic benefits and excel market competence, will exceed the capabilities of existing combined cycle plant designs.
