川芎嗪对蛙心收缩力的影响及其机制探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨不同剂量的川芎嗪对蟾蜍心脏的作用及其相关机制。方法 采用离体蛙心灌流法观察川芎嗪对蟾蜍心脏收缩力的影响。结果 在正常、无钙和高钙任氏液中 ,4mg/L的川芎嗪不能够影响蟾蜍心脏的收缩力 ;在正常和高钙任氏液中 ,4 0 0mg/L的川芎嗪明显降低蟾蜍心脏的收缩力 ,且川芎嗪在高钙溶液中的作用明显强于正常任氏液组 ;而在无钙任氏液中 ,4 0 0mg/L的川芎嗪不能够影响蟾蜍心脏的收缩力。结论 小剂量川芎嗪不能够影响蟾蜍心脏的收缩力 ,大剂量川芎嗪可以通过抑制细胞外的Ca2 + Objective To investigate the effects of ligustrazine on the heart of a toad and the underlying mechanism.Methods The effect of ligustrazine on the contraction of heart was investigated with isolated heart irrigation technique.Results 4 mg/L ligustrazine couldn't affect the contraction of heart in normal,Ca 2+-free and high [Ca 2+] Ringer's solution. 400 mg/L ligustrazine decreased the contraction of heart significantly in normal and high [Ca 2+] Ringer's solution but didn't affect the contraction of heart in Ca 2+-free Ringer's solution and the response of the heart to ligustrazine in the high [Ca2+]Ringer's solution was higher than that in the normal Ringer's solution.Conclusion Low dose ligustrazine cannot affect the contraction of heart but high dose ligustrazine can do it by inhibiting the Ca 2+ influx.
