人工晶状体植入术后瞳孔异常原因分析

Analysis of the Cause of Abnormal Pupil after Intraocular Lens Implantation for Cataract

目的 分析后房型人工晶状体植入术后瞳孔异常的原因 ,研究预防措施。方法 对 2 89例 312眼白内障行后房型人工晶体植入术 ,其中 2 79眼行囊袋内植入 ,33眼行睫状沟植入。结果 瞳孔异常 37例 38眼 ,发生率占12 2 % ,主要原因系玻璃体脱出 ,虹膜损伤 ,炎症性虹膜后粘连所致。结论 避免瞳孔异常的关键在于提高手术者的手术技巧及操作熟练程度 。

Objective To analyse the causes of abnormal pupil after intraocular lens implantation for cataract and study its preventive measures.Methods For 289 cases(312 eyes) suffered from cataract,the author treated them with postero chamber intraocular lens implanation,279 eyes were implanted in the bag,33 eyes were implanted in ciliary crypt.Results 37 cases were abnormal (38 eyes) in all the patients.The abnormal rate was 12.2%.The predominant reason was vitreous body prolapse,iris injury,and iris posteno adhesion because of inflammation.Conclusion The key of preventing abnormal pupil is based on the skill,proficiency of surgeons,and the effective control of the iris inflammation reaction.
