21世纪我国隧道及地下空间发展的探讨

Development of tunnel and underground space in 21th century in China

针对"可持续发展"国策,论述了我国现阶段在隧道及地下空间开发过程中所产生的诸多问题,提出了目前急需进行技术立法的各项设计规范、技术标准和技术条例,同时提出了降低隧道及地下工程造价的办法和思路。

The problems appeared in the process of tunnel and underground space exploitation are discussed on the basis of continual development policy and therefore,the necessary legislative design standards and technology norms are proposed.Meanwhile,the methods of reducing the cost of tunnel and underground engineering are put forward.
