钙、锶对AZ91D合金组织及性能的影响 被引量:34

摘要 研究了元素钙、锶对AZ91D合金组织及性能的影响 ,主要针对组织形态、力学性能、抗热裂性能进行了分析。结果表明 ,钙、锶复合添加 ,细化了合金组织 ,提高了合金的屈服强度 ;适量锶的加入有效地提高了合金的抗热裂性能。 The effects of Ca and Sr on the microstructures and properties, including microstructural morphology, mechanical properties and hot-crack resistantnce, were examined. The results showed that both Ca and Sr compound additions can not only refine microstructure but also improve the yield strength of the alloy. Proper Sr addition can improve effectively the hot-crack resistantnce of Ca-containing Mg alloy.
