摘要
从高温渣池的热电场耦合模拟入手 ,利用能量守恒的方法计算了在多种熔铸条件下电极的熔化率及电流的有效功率因数。从理论上验证了采用适中的熔铸电流以及较浅的渣池可以有效提高电能的利用率 ,降低产品的生产成本 ,对实际生产过程中节能降耗具有指导意义。
Melting ratio of electrode and efficient power factor of the current under different electroslag melting-casting conditions were calculated by energy conservation law through coupling simulation of thermo-electric field in slag pool at high temperature. It is theoretically verified to increase effectively the electric energy's efficiency and reduce the product cost by proper melting-casting current and shallow slag pool resulting in saving enegry and reducing consumption in pratical production.
