摘要
为了探索氯的空间位置及不同的氨基酸对卟啉氨基酸化合物性能的影响,合成了氯代苯基酪氨酸卟啉化合物和氯代苯基组氨酸卟啉化合物等6种新型的尾式卟啉氨基酸化合物及其锌配合物,用元素分析、紫外可见光谱确证了其结构,并研究了氯代苯基在苯环上的不同位置时卟啉化合物光谱性质的变化.
In order to research the influence of different positions of chloro and the difference of amino acid on the porphyrin's properties,six new tailed-porphyrin compounds were synthesized:5--10,15,20-tri(2,3 and 4 chlorphenyl) porphyrins and 5--10,15,20-tri(2,3 and 4 chlorphenyl) porphyrins and their zinc complexes.Their structures were characterized by UV-VIS.In addition,the change of these compounds' spectral properties were studied.
