摘要
以新型润滑材料二硫化钨超细粉末(粒度为0.5μm)作为添加剂,研制出一种二硫化钨高温润滑脂。经测试,这种润滑脂具有高滴点、高油膜强度、低摩擦系数等良好的摩擦磨损特性。同时对二硫化钨超细粉末作为高温润滑脂添加剂的抗磨减摩机理作了初步分析。
By using a new lubricant-superfine WS_2 powder (fsss=0.5μm) as additive, a new type of WS_2 high-temperature lubricating grease is researched. This grease has fine fiction and wear characteristics such as high drop point, high oil film strength, and low friction factor. It provides a new method for taking full advantage of rich tungsten resource. In addition, the mechanism of resistance to wear and anti-attrition of superfine WS_2 powder is analyzed.
