摘要
在油井水泥中掺入合适细度的白云母 ,可在一定程度上克服水泥石固有的脆性 ,增强水泥环的韧性。本文主要对掺不同粒径和加量白云母的水泥石的宏观力学性能进行了研究和分析 ,选出其最佳增韧材料为掺量 0 .5 %的 80目白云母 (YM 80 ) ,并对掺有YM 80油井水泥浆体的流动度、滤失量、析水率、与其他外加剂的配伍性、水泥石的弹性模量以及微观结构等进行了分析。室内研究结果表明 :对YM80油井水泥石有较明显的增韧效果 。
The flexibility agent of muscovite for oilwell cement can markedly overcome the inherent brittleness of the cement stone and greatly improve the toughness of cement sheath. 80 mesh muscovite which content is 0.5 percent of cement is named as YM80.YM80 is considered that it is the best ingredient of flexibility agent through analyzing the performance of mechanics of the cement stone which is mixed by the different ingredient muscovite. And YM80 is ascertained to have better effect of flexibility for oilwell cement through studying and analyzing further in laboratory.
