摘要
为克服单独使用β型半水石膏做模具石膏时软化系数低、寿命短和单独使用α型半水石膏时吸水率低的缺陷 ,研制了一种兼具二者优点的新型模具石膏。试验选出β型半水石膏与α型半水石膏的最佳质量份数配比 :β为 70 % ,α为 3 0 % ;选择了改性剂的品种Z及配用最佳质量份数为 6%。制备的模具石膏经测试 ,各项性能达到国家标准 ,经某艺术陶瓷厂试用 。
A new type mould gypsum with the advantages of both β-CaSO 4·0.5H 2O and α-CaSO 4·0.5H 2O was prepared to eliminate the weakness of low softening coefficient as well as short service life of β-CaSO 4·0.5H 2O and low moisture absorption ratio of α-CaSO 4·0.5H 2O.The optimum mass portion of β-CaSO 4·0.5H 2O and α-CaSO 4·0.5H 2O was determined through test:β-CaSO 4·0.5H 2O for 70%,α-CaSO 4·0.5H 2O for 30%.In addition, modifier Z was chosen and its optimum application mass portion was 6%.Various characteristics and functions of this mould gypsum were in accordance with national standard in tests. Being used in art porcelain factory,it was effective and has the value to spread its application.
