摘要
To study dose - response and time - response relationship of different dosage mannitol prevent animal from drug myocardiurn ischemia. Methods After narcotism, the injection of lnannitol was performed on rats and rabbits ( 100 - 200 - 400 - 800rag·kg^-1 iv) and the injection of 0.9% sodium chloride on control group (lml#kg^-1 iv).Results The group injected with mannitol (100mg·kg^-1 iv) opposed to the myocardium ischemia rats and rabbits. But the groups injected with mannitol(400 - 800mg· kg^-1 ) inducted the myocardium ischemia. Coonclusionnitol reversalThe low concentration and milevel and large do saye of mannitol reversal.
