摘要
近几年来高校图书馆开展电子邮件参考咨询服务工作越来越普遍,弥补了传统参考咨询的许多不足,使图书馆参考咨询服务工作向前大大迈了一步。但存在的问题也较多,主要是网络技术自身的局限、咨询馆员与读者双向交流存在的主客观技术水平障碍等。本文针对这些问题并结合我校图书馆的一些做法,探讨和研究出了一些相应的对策,与图书馆界人士共同探寻。
In recent years, the e-mail reference and consultation service is getting more and more popular . It makes up some weaknesses of the traditional consultation service and lets job forward a big step. But some problems still remain, such as the limitation of internet technique itself, interaction technique barrier between advisors and readers. Some strategies have been put forward including ways and means in the library of our university.
