Comparison of the Glucose Oxidase-Oxygen Rate Method with the Other Methods in Determining Blood Sugar

为了评价GOD-OR法的性能,笔者采用了GOD-OR法、HK法和GOD法对血清葡萄糖进 行测定比较.结果表明:GOD-OR法的精密度、准确度以及与HK法、GOD法的相关性均较好,其抗 干扰性能均优于后两法.

To evaluate the method of glucose oxidase-oxygen rate, a comparison was made between the glucose oxygen rate (GOD-OR) method and the hexokinase (HK) method, the glucose oxidase (GOD) method by determining blood sugar. It showed that GOD-OR method is better than those of HK and GOD in precision and accuracy, and the results by GOD-OR method have a good correlation with those by HK and GOD, also the former is superior to the HK method and GOD method in anti-interference.
