用逐次2点法进行轴类零件的测量

For improving precision of the in- situ measurement of profile with serial two point method

根据非大批量生产时轴类零件形状的测量存在的问题,提出了一种逐次2点测量法,并根据测试实验证实了其有效性.

The surface and cylindrical profile measurement is desirable to be carried out on the machine in machining process in terms of efficiency and precision. Serial two point method is suited to such an in-situ measurement, since it does not require any datum and is composed with the zero points of the displacement sensors as reference points. The method has been also investigated in circular profile measurement.
