组织蛋白酶-D在大肠癌中的表达

Cathepsin D expression in colorectal cancer

[目的]了解组织蛋白酶-D在大肠癌中的表达.[方法]免疫组织化学S-P法,检测30例大肠癌中组织蛋白酶-D的表达情况.[结果]组织蛋白酶-D在大肠癌中的阳性率为66.67%,它的高表达与大肠癌的淋巴转移和肠外转移成正相关(P<0.05)而与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤的大体类型、分期和分化程度等无关.[结论]组织蛋白酶-D可作为预测大肠癌复发与转移的重要指标.

[Objective] To investingate the role of the expression of Cathepsin D in carcinogensis and progression of colorectal cancer(CRC).[Methods]Cathepsin D expression was studied immuneohistochemistrically in 30 specimens of CRC.[Results] The expression rates of Cathepsin D was 66.67% in CRC.The expression of Cathepsin D was related to metastasis of distant organs and lymph node, but not related to sex,age,growth style,Dukes stage and cellular dedifferentiation.[Conclusion]The detection of expression about Cathepsin D can serve as a important signal to relapsing and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.
