为提高计算机信息技术在房地产投资项目可行性研究方面的应用水平,在总结房地产投资项目可行性研究内容的基础上,分析了房地产投资项目可行性研究的信息特点,讨论了管理信息系统、网络技术、数据仓库和数据挖掘等计算机信息技术在房地产项目可行性研究中的应用,并设计了一个用于房地产投资项目可行性研究的计算机辅助系统。

In order to improve the application level of computer information technology in the research which is about real estate investment project feasibility, this paper analyzes the information characteristic in this area, discuss the application of the management information system , network technology, data warehouse and data mining technology based on the research of real estate investment project feasibility. And a computer aid system used in the research of the real estate investment project feasibility is designed.
