摘要
针对某石化厂气体分馏装置工艺流程进行了模拟计算 ,提出了降低丙烯排放量及各塔热负荷的操作条件调优方案 ,并进行了优化计算和实施。优化前后的结果比较表明 :在确保主产品丙烯的产量和纯度的条件下 ,各塔热负荷的总和降低了 9 2 % 。
The process of gas fractionation unit of a petrochemical plant was simulated by Aspen Plus. The optimization method for reducing propylene loss and unit energy consumption was proposed and realized by Aspen Plus on computer. The results showed that the optimization method was practicable and the energy consumption could be decreased by 9.2%.
