中西医结合治疗脊髓损伤的研究

Study of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on spinal cord injury

目的 观察介入溶通加脉冲电场等综合治疗脊髓损伤的疗效。方法 13例患者均进行介入溶通及脉冲电场等中西医结合综合治疗。结果 治疗前脊髓功能A级患者恢复为C级 ,B级者分别恢复为C和D级 ,C级者分别恢复为D和E级。结论 介入溶通及脉冲电场等中西医结合综合治疗技术对脊髓损伤后的功能恢复有较好的促进作用。

Objective It is to observe the effect of integrative treatment which included interventional thrombolysis and impulsed electrical field etc. on spinal cord injury.Methods 13 patients were all treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment such as interventional thrombolysis and impulsed electrical field etc.Results The function of spinal cord with degree A before treatment had been restored to degree C, degree B had been restored to degree C and D, and degree C had been restored to degree D and E.Conclusion The technology of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment such as interventional thrombolysis and impulsed electrical field etc. have a better stimulative effect on function restoration after spinal cord injury.
