In housing design,there are many unnoticeable details. If such problems are not handled properly, they can cause much inconvenience for people, or even become the hidden danger in safety. This paper summarizes the safety detailed design in housing project and elaborates the function-space detailed design for kitchens, toilets,balconies and wardrobes. It reflects the design purpose of people foremost.
