TRIPS协议对中国知识产权立法的影响

TRIPS and Legal Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in China

作为WTO的成员 ,在知识产权保护的法律领域 ,中国知识产权法律与TRIPS协议相比 ,还存在着一些差距。因此 ,如何按照TRIPS协议不断修改和完善我国知识产权国际法律保护体系仍然是我国立法上的一项重要的工作。中国知识产权法律体系与TRIPS协议框架内容应进行比较 ,针对中国加入WTO的承诺 ,完善我国知识产权的国际保护法律体系。

Compared with TRIPS, there still exist some differences between the laws of intellectual property rights in China and the TRIPS Agreement. Therefore, how to revise and perfect the legal system on intellectual property rights has become a very urgent task to us.
