不锈钢丝增强铝复合材料研究

摘要 本文采用560(?)、70MPa0.5小时真空热压工艺制得了外观晶质优良、纤维排列均匀、厚约1毫米的不锈钢丝/铝复合材料板,并对其机械性能、拉伸应力一应变特性以及拉伸断口形貌进了分析,认为不锈钢丝增强铝复合材料具有广阔的应用前景。 One mm thick stainless steel reinforced aiuminum composite plates with good appearance and welldistributed fiberes (wires) were made by hot pressing under the condition of 560 C. 70MPa. 0. 5h. The mechanical properties. stress strain curve and fracture surface of the composite plates in tensile testing were analysed. It was considered that the stainless steel aluminum composites reinforced with fibers (wirss) had a wide application future.
