碳纤维连续阳极氧化处理及其机理的研究

摘要 本文采用自制的阳极氧化处理设备,分别以NH_4HSO_4、NaClO、NaOH、HNO_3为电解质,对碳纤维进行了表面处理。实验结果表明:经过上述处理的碳纤维其环氧基复合材料的层间剪切强度(ILSS)均有较大提高,抗拉强度略有提高,耐冲击性能下降。本文还利用X—射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等现代分析手段对碳纤维经阳极氧化处理前后的表面元素及官能团种类、含量,碳纤维表面形貌、复合材料的断口形貌进行了分析和研究。 The apparatus designed and made by the author for continously anodic oxidation is used in this paper. NH_4HSO_4, NaClO、NaOH、and HNO_2are used as electrolytes. The result is that the ILSS of the composites of carbon fibres treated with anodic oxidation is increased greatly and that the tensile strength of its composites is in(?)reased unobtrusively and that the impact strength of its composites is decreased. XPS is used to study the elemental kinds and quantity and the polar functionalgroups of the surface of carbon fiores. SEM is used to study the aspect of the surface of carbon fibres and the fracture of its composites.
