摘要
本文对1430合金板材的人工时效动力学进行了研究,并推荐了100℃,3h+140℃,25h两级时效规范。结果表明,淬火与时效间的板材拉伸矫直对裂纹扩展速率及断裂韧性无影响,而对力学性能有影响。目前该合金正在218民航机上试用,据称用该合金代替Д16合金可减轻飞机重量6~8%。
The dynamics of ageing of alloy 1430 sheet was investigated and the specification of two-stage ageing (100℃, 3h+140℃, 25h) was recomended. The results have shown that tensile straightening between quenching and ageing has no effect on the crack propagation rate and fracture toughness, but has some effect on tensile properties of the sheet. This alloy is being tested on thg civil airplane 218.
