中国的产业集群已经成为经济发展的重要现象之一,产业集群在工业化进程中发挥着重要作用.因此,把加快产业集群的发展列入宏观发展战略之中,高度关注其技术升级,防止在国际产业分工中被'边缘化'.

The cluster of enterprises have already been one of important phenomena of economic development, it plays an important role in the course of industrialization. China should put the cluster development of enterprise in the strategy of macro-development; put highly contention to its tech-upgrade, and prevent frontierlization in the international division of labour.
