摘要
本文指出核心员工跳槽造成企业的人事危机,原因是:领导者的素质差异、核心员工培育不当、不适宜的企业内部制度问题.针对以上事实,提出了避免人事危机发生的策略与方法:包括观念培养、实施人本管理方式、采用物质手段、注重精神激励、优化劳动力市场几个方面.进一步提示企业家在世界人才充分流动的前提下,未雨绸缪,克服积淀几千年领导至上的心态,转变用人观念,才是化解人事危机的基础.
Reasons of the enterprises human resource crisis caused by core stuff's quitting: quality differences of the executives, improper cultivating of the key staff, unfit inner system of the enterprises.Strategies and methods are put forward to avoid such man power crisis: cultivating of mentality, accomplishing of the humane management, adopting of material urging, stressing on the spiritual encouragement, and improving the labor market,etc. It is advised that facing the world-wide talent floating, the entreprisers should be well-prepared for the change of their view on personnel, ridding of age-old bureaucracy is the basis for solving the crisis.
