本文就小学语文骨干教师省级培训在培训的理念、内容、方式等方面再次进行了探索 ,提出了“依‘新’施教 ,用‘心’创造 ,以‘身’实践”

This paper probes again into the theories and concepts, content and mode of the provincial training for the primary school mainstay teachers of Chinese, and thus puts forward the proposal of teaching with novelty, creating through mind and practicing in person.
