受文化程度、年龄结构、经济收入、移民时间和地点等因素的影响,三峡库区外迁移民的“主人翁心 态”呈现出不同的特征。从总体上看,外迁移民普遍存在“客居心态”,而“主人翁心态”则显得较为薄弱。必须 采取切实有效的措施,培养、调适和形成健康良好的“主人翁心态”,促进外迁移民工作的顺利开展。

Due to differences in aspects of educational background, age, income, resettlement time and destinations , resettiers may differ from each other in terms of their ' sense of master. ' Generally, it is a common phenomenon that resettiers regard themselves as guests in the new inhabiting place instead of masters. Effective measures must be a dopted to help them develop and form a healthy 'sense of master' and promote the smooth resettlement work.
