摘要
采用宏、微观检验方法,对运行中发生爆裂的锅炉水冷壁管进行了失效分析。结果表明,爆管系水冷壁管短时严重过热和长期超温所致。长期超温和短时过热因高温作用时间及其程度的差异,表现在爆管的涨粗变形量、破裂口形状及显微组织特征均有所不同。
The crevasse characteristic and transformation of its metallographic structure, affected by long-term over-temperature and temporary over-heating, is analyzed in this paper based on the crevasse metallographic structure of tube bursting.
