针对目前对钢管脚手架扣件的检验无专用夹具,设计了一套脚手架扣件力学性能试验夹具。该夹具能满足GB15831-1995钢管脚手架扣件中力学性能检验的要求,且实用、准确、高效。

Steel tube scaffold couplers are important assistors in constructional engineering, their quality immediately touches safety. At present, there are no clamps on testing the couplers, so we have designed a series of clamps for testing mechanical properties of steel tube scaffold couplers. Their technology, exactitude and operation have been plenty considered in the design. In fact, these clamps are proved to meet the requirements of the standard GB15831-1995《steel tube scaffold couplers》. Above testing clamps are practical, exact and efficient.
