摘要
本文以科学发展观为指导 ,对技术创新的评价体系进行了系统的思考 ,指出评价一项技术创新项目 ,不仅要考虑技术效益和经济效益 ,还应充分兼顾社会效益 ,尤其是生态效益。
This paper gives a systematic thought on the evaluation system of technological innovation in View of scientific development. It points out evaluating an item of technological innovation,we should not only consider its technological benefit and economic benefit but also take a full account of social benefit, especially ecological benefit
