内腔辐射热损失对喷管壁温的影响

摘要 本文利用排气管内腔表面的表观黑度 ,计算了内腔表面向外界环境的辐射热损失及其对喷管壁温的影响。结果表明 ,喷管下游端的壁面辐射损失高达壁面总热流的 2 0~ 30 % ,在壁温计算时不容忽略。 Using the appa rent emissivity,the net heat loss of the radiation from the enclosure surface due to passing through t he open end of the enclosure was calculated. The influence of the net heat loss on surface temperature was also d iscussed.Results showed that the net heat loss on the downstream side of the jet nozzle could reach 20~30% of total heat flux.Therefore it can not be neglected in calculating the wall temperature.
