摘要
对空气冷却的旋转盘换热进行了萘升华传热—传质模拟实验。共采用两种模型 :自由盘的实验结果与换热实验数据和理论预测吻合得很好 ;对带罩盘模型得到了盘表面局部施伍德数 sh和平均施伍德数 sh以旋转雷诺数 Reo、流量系数 Cm、间距比 Gs和间隙比 Gc为参变量的实验数据。实验结果对旋转盘 (如涡轮盘 )的换热研究有一定参考价值。
The heat transfer characteristics of rotating disc have been investigated experimentally by means of a mass transfer analog of naphthalene sublimation.Two models are used:free rotating disc and shrouded rotor stator system.Mass transfer test results of free disc are in good agreement with experimental results of heat transfer and theoretical prediction.The test results of local Sherwood number are obtained,which are dependent on rotational Reynolds number、flow coefficient、gap ratio and shroud clearance ratio.
