摘要
探讨期房抵押价格评估的若干问题,阐述期房抵押价格评估的原则、基本方法和操作步骤,并提出评估中应注意的几个问题。
On some problems of forward house mortgage's evaluation, this paper tries to study the principles and theoretically points out the basic methods, operation process and other key points of price evaluation of forward house mortgage.
