摘要
我国经济体制由计划经济体制向市场经济体制转型的过程中 ,在收入分配制度上也从单一的按劳分配制度转变为以按劳分配为主体、多种分配方式并存的收入分配制度。在社会主义市场经济阶段实行按劳分配与按生产要素分配相结合的原则 ,是由我国现阶段的所有制关系和产权关系决定的。
During the transition period of our national economic system changing from planned economy to market economy, distribution also changes, from system o f distribution according to work to system of multi-distributions. The combinati on of distribution according to work and distribution according to production el ements during the stage of market economy results from our country's current own ership and property rights.
