摘要
制备了SiO2 、ZrO2 和添加不同成分的SiO2 ZrO2 复合溶胶 ,研究了在Cu Ni上浸涂不同溶胶后形成膜层的抗高温氧化性能 ,探讨了不同膜层对Cu Ni在 80 0℃、90 0℃下高温氧化规律的影响。结果表明 ,这些膜层很好的改善了Cu Ni的抗高温氧化性能 ,而且向SiO2 ZrO2 复合溶胶中添加铈、钇等稀土元素以及ZrO2 纳米粉 ,可以进一步改善SiO2 ZrO2
The SiO2, ZrO2, SiO2-ZrO2 multiple sol and SiO2-ZrO2 multiple sol doped with cerium and yttrium were prepared firstly, and then the high temperature oxidation resistance of gel coating on Cu/Ni formed by dipping Cu/Ni into these sol was studied, and the oxidation behavior of these gel coatings on Cu/Ni was researched at 800°C and 900°C. The results show that, these gel coatings make the anti-oxidation ability of Cu/Ni at high temperature better than that of Cu/Ni without the coatings, and adding cerium, yttrium and ZrO2 nanometer powder into SiO2-ZrO2 sol farther improves the high temperature oxidation resistance of SiO2-ZrO2 gel coating.
