摘要 最近在读了一本远程教育的教材后,我感到远程教育教材的编写者需要更多的专业训练。尽管他们中有许多经过良好训练的课程开发者,但也有些的确需要获得远程教育专业的资格,这就是本文探讨的主题。本文建议,远程教育教材开发者至少需要经过教与学的理论培训,因为这些理论跟远程教育关系密切,就如同与传统面授教学的关系一样。为此,文章介绍并讨论了与远程教育相关的教与学理论,然后详细论述和讨论了一种存在主义学习模式。 A recent experience of reading a distance education text convinced me that those who prepare distance education texts need more professional preparation and while some are well qualified, there are others who need similar qualifications - but those that concentrate on distance education. This is the thesis of this paper. It suggests that they should be trained at least in the theories of teaching and learning, since these theories are as relevant to distance education as they are to traditional face-to-face teaching. In order to do this, theories of teaching and learning are introduced and discussed in relation to distance education and a model of human learning is discussed in considerable detail.
