摘要 为了对航空电磁阀进行动态测试,对这种电磁阀的计算机动态测试方法进行了研究。首先采用流行的组态软件-组态王作为运行系统;其次对电磁阀的打开和关闭进行控制;最后采用VisualBasic开发专用的ActiveX控件嵌入组态王中对电磁阀的打开和关闭瞬间进行动态测试。使用这种方法实现了一个实用的航空电磁阀计算机动态测试系统。该设计方法设计的计算机测试系统不但可以进行高速测试,而且还具有很强的二次开发功能;该方法还可以用于其它计算机测试系统的开发。 To detect dynamically the ele ct romagnetism valve for Aviation,the detecting methodology with which a com-pute r can be used to detect the electromagnetism valve has been studied.Firstly,a popular configuration software-Kingview is selected as the function environment ;Secondly,The open and close of the electromagnetism valve are con-trolled. Finally,ActiveX controls developed with Visual Basic is embedded into Kingview for our dynamic detection on the open and close of the electromagnetism valve. With this methodology,a applied computer dynamic detecting system for the elect romagnetism for aviation has been implemented.Such a detection system has a cap acity not only of rapid and dynamic detection on the electromagnetism valve but also powerful redevelopment ;The methodology can be used to develop other com puter detecting system also.
