Rational Reflections on "Ecological Migration"

生态移民的概念众说纷纭。一些学者认为生态移民是"环境移民"的一种,是由于人们赖以生存的自然环境恶化而引起的人口迁移,是在特定的环境背景下,区域人口环境容量不足以承载过多的人口而造成的移民。因沙漠化、水土流失等生态环境退化引起的环境移民可称为"生态移民"。通过对浑善达克沙地生态移民实际情况考察,可以看出生态移民涉及生态问题、生产问题、生活问题等。因此,生态移民需慎行。

A definition of ecological migration is given on the base of rational analysis of the concept in the educational circles. At the same time, in the light of the present concrete conditions in Hunshandake areas, we ponder over the problems in the fields of ecology, life, fairness and stability. Finally, we draw a conclusion that ecological migration should be cautious in conduct.
