我国水资源管理体制研究

Study on management system of water resources in China

针对传统的水资源管理体制已经与我国现行的保护水资源、合理利用水资源的原则不相符的状况,提出必须建立高效、协调的管理体制,积极推进新的水资源管理体制,从而实现经济社会的可持续发展。

In allusion to the situation that the traditional management system of water resources has not been matched to the criterion that is used to protect water resources and make rational use of water resources, it is suggested that the authoritative, effective and corresponding management system should be established and the new water resources management system should be advanced actively. In this case, the sustainable development of the economic society can be realized accordingly.
