提出了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)控制的化学清洗方法,利用PLC对清洗温度、压力、液位、PH值、时间等参数进行在线监测和控制,并对系统进行连锁和保护,取得了理想的清洗效果。

A new method based on the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is p ro posed for the purpose of the chemical rinse of the mould head of polyester FIBER . The rinse parameters, such as temperature, pressure, position of liquid, pH va lue, time, etc, can be monitored and controlled in time. Furthermore, the system can also realize link-lock and protection and an ideal rinse result could be a chieved.
