川芎嗪对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后神经元突触超微结构的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :研究川芎嗪 (TMD)对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后皮质神经元突触结构的影响。方法 :采用四血管结扎法制作大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型 ,运用透射电镜观察假手术组、模型组和川芎嗪组大鼠顶叶皮质突触的变化。结果 :模型组神经毡内突触数目减少 ;突触结构模糊、线粒体肿胀 ,突触小泡数量减少、破裂甚至融合与假手术组比较均有显著改变 ;川芎嗪组突触结构较清晰、结构相对完整 ,与模型组比较有显著改善。结论 :缺血后大鼠顶叶皮质神经元突触结构遭破坏 ,川芎嗪可能是通过保护神经元突触结构的基本完整 ,抑制脑缺血后神经毒性作用 ,从而起到脑保护作用。 Objective: To study the effect of Ligustrazine on ultra-structures of neurosynapses in rats' cerebral ischemia after reperfusion. Method: First, the rat models of cerebral ischemia were made by ligation of the four blood vessels and reperfused with the help of TEM; then observations were made on changes of the parietal lobe synapses in rats of pseudo — operation group, model group and Lignstrazine group. Result: The model group of rats showed decreased number of synaptic terminals, obscure synaptic structures, enlarged mitochondria and reduced quantity of synaptic vesicles, even broken and fused, all of which had significant changes when compared with those of the pseudo-operation group. By contrast, Ligustrazine group of rats demonstrated rather clearer and more complete synaptic structures, which improved markedly in comparison of those in the model rats. Conclusion: Since the rats' cortical neurosynaptic structures in parietal lobes were damaged when suffering from ischemia, Lignustrazines's protective effect on the brain might be owing to its protecting rather complete neurosynapses and inhibiting neuronoxition after rats' cerebral ischemia.
