退行性膝关节病与血清中NO、SOD、MDA相关性的临床研究

Clinical Studies on Correlation Between the Patients' Conditions of Retrogressive Gonarthosis and NO, SOD and MDA

目的 :探讨退行性膝关节病的关节软骨退变程度与血清中NO、SOD、MDA相关性。方法 :对 12 3例DOA患者进行病情轻重分级 ,同时抽取空腹静脉血 5ml制备血清 ,检测NO、SOD、MDA等指标 ,另与 2 1例非DOA患者作对照。结果 :显示非DOA患者与不同病变程度的DOA患者血清中NO、SOD、MDA含量变化无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :DOA患者关节软骨退变程度与血清中NO、SOD、MDA含量变化无明显相关性。

Objective: To explore the correlation between regressive degrees of articular cartilage in retrogressive gonarthosis patients and NO, SOD, MDA in serum. Method: 123 cases of retrogressive gonarthosis were classified according to their ill conditions, and then 5ml venous fasting food blood from each patient was got for serum preparation. After NO, SOD and MDA levels were determined, the results obtained were compared with those of 21 cases with no restrogressive gonarthosis. Result: The experiment suggested no statistic significance in serum content changes of NO, SOD and MDA between patients without retrogressive gonarthosis and patients of this disease in various degrees. Conclusion: Retrogression of articular cartilage in retrogressive gonarthosis patients was not obviously related to the serum content changes of NO, SOD and MDA.
