Clinical Research into Treating Abnormal Sperma Liquefaction by Ye Hua Capsules

目的 :观察自拟液化胶囊治疗精液液化异常的临床疗效。方法 :将 12 0例液化异常病人按随机数字表法分为治疗组 (6 0例 )和对照组 (6 0例 ) ,治疗组采用液化胶囊治疗 ,对照组采用西药治疗 ,1疗程 30d后比较疗效。结果 :两组治愈率、有效率经统计学比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组优于对照组。结论 :液化胶囊用于精液液化异常治疗 ,效果良好。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of self-made Ye Hua Capsules on abnormal sperma liquefaction. Method: 120 cases of abnormal sperma liquefaction were randomly divided into a treatment group of 60 cases, who were treated by Ye Hua Capsules and a control group of 60 cases, treated by western drugs. The effects of two group were compared after one course of treatment. Result: The curative rates of the two groups were distinctively different according to the results of statistical test (P<0.05), the rate of the treatment group being higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: Ye Hua Capsules are effective in treating abnormal sperma liquefaction.
