降脂颗粒治疗高脂血症101例临床研究

Jiangzhi Granules in Treatment of Hyperlipemia: Clinical Examination of 101 Cases

目的 :观察降脂颗粒临床治疗高脂血症安全性和有效性。方法 :随机分治疗组 74例用降脂颗粒治疗 ,对照组 2 7例用力平脂胶囊治疗 ,对治疗结果采用SAS软件进行统计分析。结论 :降脂颗粒能有效降低甘油三脂 (TG)、胆固醇 (TC)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL) ,改善血流变 ,安全性检测表明降脂颗粒无明显不良反应。

Objective: To observe the safety and effectiveness of Jiangzhi Granules in the clinical treatment. Method: The patients were divided into the treatment group of 74 cases and the control graup of 27 cases. And their therapeutic effects were analysed by SAS. Conclusion: Jiangzhi Granules are quite effective in reducing TG, TC, and LDL, improving blood circulation in a safe way with little side-effect.
