摘要
阐述了以齿轮齿面寿命为目标的齿轮传动几何参数优化设计方法 ,该优化设计考虑了负荷大小、接触点几何形状、滑动速度、油膜厚度等因素的影响。以齿轮减速器为例说明了数学模型的建立方法 ,并通过实例进行了印证 。
The paper expatiates the influence of the following factors towards the service life of tooth such as load, geometrical form of the contact point, sliding velocity and the thickness of oil layer. The paper takes the example of gear decelerating machine to explain the establishing way of mathematical model and confirmed it through true example, and consequence showed that the way of optimum design can provide valuable gear parameters combination for prolonging the service life of tooth surface.
