滚齿机差动挂轮引起齿向误差的实验研究

Experimental research on tooth trace error resulting from differential change gears of hobbing machine

通过对滚切斜齿圆柱齿轮时 ,差动挂轮传动比不精确调整造成的齿向误差的理论分析和实验研究 ,推导出了齿向误差的计算公式 ,找出了影响齿向误差大小的因素。

In this paper,through theoretical analysis and experimental research for tooth trace error resulting from inaccurate regulating on gear ratio of differential change gears in hobbing helical gears, the calculating formula of the tooth trace error is deduced and the factor of influencing the tooth trace error is found. The researching result has certain instructive effect on improving the gear manufacture precision.
