通过解析《诗经》燕饮诗,再参考《礼记》等典籍,我们可以了解周代燕礼饮食的基本面貌:饮食品类、饮食的制作、饮食的摆设规则、饮食礼仪及饮食的顺序。《诗经》燕饮诗是周代燕礼饮食文化的活化石,在展现周代燕礼饮食面貌方面,其价值远远超过了《仪礼·燕礼》《礼记·燕义》。因此,应该充分肯定《诗经》燕饮诗的文化价值。

After decoding the dining poems in The Book of the Songs and consulting ancient records like The Book of Rites.We can learn about the fundamental features of food,drinks and dining ceremonies of the Zhou Dynasty,such as kinds,makings,rules for presentation,rites and orders of food and drinks.The dining poems in The book of Songs are the living fossils for the culture of ding ceremony and food and drinks.As far as the revelation of dining ceremony and food and drinks is concerned,these poems can far and away surpass Ceremony·Dining Ceremony and The Book of Rites·Dining Rites.Therefore,the cultural value of dining poems is well worth affirming.
