本文要介绍教八型飞机试制工作的特点,包括:组织管理上推行矩阵管理体制计划管理上施行非常的网络计划;互换协调方法的选择;工装选择的原则,工艺文件编制的特点;新技术、新工艺、新标准的采用等。

Some problems in management of K-8 trainer development are described in this paper, mainly involving the matrix managing system in organization, nonconventional network in planning, the selection of interchangeability and coordination methods, the criteria of tooling selection, the compilation of technical documentation and the application of new technique, new processing methods and new standards.
