摘要
本文讨论了DZ4合金基体材料上CoCrW及CoCrW+WC粉末的CO_2激光喷涂技术及涂层组织性能。试验表明,将粉末连续均匀地以一定角度送入激光束照射基体所产生的熔池中,并选择适当的激光功率密度、粉末输送速率及扫描速度,可以获得满意的涂层效果。
The laser spraying of cobalt-based alloys on nickel-based alloy DZ4 is discussed in this paper. The microstructure, chemical composition and micro Vickers-hardness of the coating are examined. Better results can be obtained by selecting proper laser power density, powder injection angle, powder feed rate and scanning speed .
